The absolute best way to get a real sense of what RKU Athletics is like and how it works for you; is to stop in for a free, no-obligation introductory course. We'll go over basic movements, proper form, a shorter assessment workout based on the movements we'll have gone over, and a little insight into the RKU Athletics philosophy of fitness and health.

Please send us an email or give us a call in advance to schedule your introduction to reduce overcrowding. Our introductory classes are suitable and recommended for all fitness levels (even if you've never completed a workout before). We know that entering a new gym, meeting new people, and trying a new workout can be intimidating - so we'll work hard to make sure you feel absolutely comfortable by facilitating a clean, friendly, and safe environment.
